Print Sizes

We try, whenever possible, to produce our prints to a standard size i.e A4, A3 etc. However, artists don’t paint to a standard size so some prints cannot be produced to a standard size. In these cases the dimensions are included in the description.

Speed of delivery

We send everything by First Class Recorded Delivery. We try to ensure a speedy dispatch for all our items, but as a small company we don’t carry a large amount of stock items and have our prints printed to order by our sister company 212 Productions http://212productions.co.uk/

Also we endeavour, whenever possible, to have our artists sign their prints. Occasionally this can take a little time !

All Room 212 Online prints are sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery and are dispatched in either an A4 or A3 hard backed envelope or sturdy postal tubes.

Oversize prints (Over A3) and certain limited edition prints are a special order. Please contact room212online@gmail.com to place an order for these items.

We aim to have your product to you within 7-10 working days.

Returns and Refund policy

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your product, please return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Please contact room212online@gmail.com for details or visit our Terms and Conditions.

Damages

Please note that our prints are sent in suitable sturdy hard backed envelopes or tubes. They are fragile and a single crease or bend will ruin them, so please take care when handling, them especially on receipt. We cannot accept returns on goods that have been damaged by the customer.

Overseas Shipping

Can I have my print delivered overseas? In a word yes, just contact room212online@gmail.com for details.

Multiple Orders

Where possible when 2 or more items have been ordered we will dispatch them in the same hard backed envelope or tube. However in some cases, due to the paper used, this may not be possible.

Customer Collection
